循環器内科での研修について
循環器内科研修
当院の初期臨床研修医は一年目に二ヶ月間循環器内科の研修があります。希望者は二年目にも研修を受けます。二年目の研修では本人の希望に応じて、救急対応、心臓カテーテル、心エコーなど主として研修したいことを重視しながら循環器診療への理解を深めます。初期研修医も学会発表も行なっています。
後期研修では、上級医の指導を受けながら自律的に診療を行えることを目標に研修します。当院は地域の三次救急救命センターであり心肺蘇生、心不全、急性心筋梗塞などの虚血性心疾患、不整脈、大血管及び末梢血管疾患などについて広範に学ぶことができます。心臓血管外科とも相談しやすく、手術の見学や術中の経食道エコー検査も可能です。研修が進むとPCIやEVT、ペースメーカー移植、アブレーション、経食道エコーなども上級医の指導のもとに行います。内科専門医研修の基幹病院にもなっており、内科専門医研修とともにサブスペシャリティとして循環器専門医も目指すことができます。
後期研修医は当院内科プログラム参加者、大学病院とのたすき掛け、他の基幹病院からの出向者などが在籍しております。
内科認定医や日本内科学会総合内科専門医を取得した方々は日本循環器学会循環器専門医、不整脈専門医、CVIT専門医やSHD心エコー図認証医、心臓リハビリ指導士などの取得を目指して研修して頂くことも可能です。臨床はもちろん、国内外の学会での発表も行うことができます。
当科の青山は日本循環器学会のダイバーシティ推進委員会やJCS-JJC、またWomen As One（国際的な女性医師の連携組織）に関与しており、循環器内科としても女性医師の就業やキャリア形成の相談に乗っています。育児中の医師もおり科全体でサポートしながら研修や業務に取り組んでもらっています。
